I spent the weekend in Pennsylvania doing mini sessions with BECKY (who rocks by the way)

William made this card for my birthday a few weeks back and when I read the front I thought FOR SURE the back would read “Mom” - why?  because he can spell Mom and because yes I am a great Mom, right?  

I did NOT expect this.  I was floored.  It was entirely his idea but Daddy did have to help him spell it.

It’s a keeper.  My sweet, thoughtful son -  Thank you

for photography!!  It is peak foliage here and dare i say it but i saw snow in the 10 day forecast…

I had a wonderful morning with this couple and their new baby -  being with them brought me back to the days when William was new.  I am so envious of them for the stage of life they are in with their baby - also, i am envious of their Minneapolis neighborhood within walking distance of Lake Calhoun.
