I have been so elated for the past 48 hours about how William is adapting to kindergarten, he is SO happy, i have never seen him this happy.
then, as i am putting him to bed tonight –
Wm: “Mommy, I get homesick when I am at school”
Me: “What do you mean homesick?”
Wm: “It’s when you miss your family and you want to be home.”
Me: “awww. Who do you miss?”
Wm: “I miss you
…because you’re warm.”
