we had some beautiful mornings on the beach in sanibel, but seeing the twins in spring training was definitely the highlight of our trip – we were the first there (william on the bleachers awaiting morning practice) , last to leave (walking to our car)!

beautiful snowy hayward, wisconsin in january. we spent a heaven on earth winter weekend at a friends’ cabin - steps from the birkie trail (walk out back, put your skis on!!) thanks gregg and shari. oh, and william lost his first tooth!
i am a home enthusiast. 2009 improvements.
1. we had the exterior painted. backyard fence was removed, veggie garden removed (this really opened up the yard for the boys to play ball). screens were replaced on the porch. here it is prepped to be painted, you can see the paint is chipped on the trim from powerwashing
